My journey into wellness did not begin in a classroom-It began through my own life.
Like many women, I went through phases of:

Over time, I realised something important:

That realization changed everything for me.
My Journey into Health & Wellness
Over the past 12+ years, I have been deeply involved in:
- Running (half marathons, duathlons)
- Cycling
- Yoga
- Strength and functional fitness
But more importantly, I began exploring:
- Nutrition
- Gut health
- Hormonal balance
- Traditional food wisdom
I didn’t just learn — I applied everything on myself first.
Through trial, observation, and consistency, I experienced:

How This Program Began
What started as a personal journey slowly became something more.
Friends, family, and acquaintances began reaching out to me for guidance.
I started sharing what worked —
not as a “plan”, but as a way of living.
This eventually led to my first online wellness program,
where I worked with a group of women — completely free of charge.
