However, 1:1 personalised guidance may be offered in select cases depending on individual needs and suitability.

7. Do I need prior fitness experience to join?

Not at all. The program is suitable for beginners as well as those with some experience. Everything is adapted to your current level.

8. Will I get a customised diet plan?

Instead of rigid diet charts, the focus is on helping you understand your body and build sustainable eating habits.
In some cases, personalised guidance may be provided where it is necessary.

9. Is this program suitable for people with health conditions (PCOS, Diabetes, BP, Cholesterol, thyroid, etc.)?

Many participants with lifestyle-related conditions have benefited from the program. However:
  • Each case is different
  • A discussion call helps assess suitability

The program is not a substitute for medical treatment

10. Is Devi a certified nutritionist?

Currently, Devi shares guidance based on 12+ years of personal experience in fitness, nutrition, and endurance sports. Devi is guided by experienced professionals including: 
  • A general physician (Dr. Vijayaraghavan)
  • A naturopath and wellness expert (Dr. K. Sither)

She is also in the process of pursuing formal certification to strengthen her credentials.
This program is not a medical treatment program. Participants should continue consulting their own doctors where needed.

11. What kind of results can I expect?

Results vary from person to person, but participants commonly report:

At present, the program is being offered free of charge as part of the early phase.
Paid programs may be introduced in the future as the structure evolves.

Yes. The program is designed to be practical and adaptable, especially for women balancing work, family, and other responsibilities.

Yes. Since the sessions are conducted online, you can join from anywhere.
